Qualifications: A Trade or a Property Qualification
Details:

· Building inspections and surveys
· Provision of reports
· Identifying and rectifying defects
· Managing service provision
· Ensuring statutory compliance
· Coordinating Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
· Instructing works
· Monitoring contractors performance
· Monitoring and directing construction/adaptation projects
· Procurement of works
· Budgetary and quality control of works
