ASA Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Project Workers to support people who are experiencing homelessness some with addiction and alcohol abuse issues in and around the Glasgow area.

The Role:

Build trusting relationships with people to provide a safe, non-judgmental space.

Help people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies.

Assist with goal setting, employment, and personal growth.

Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them access safe housing, healthcare, and social services.

Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.

Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.

What we need from you:

Eligibility to work in the UK.

A full 10-year work history on your CV.

Experience off working within a Homeless and Addictions service.
