Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex ICT projects across multiple suppliers?

This role will focus on delivery management across multiple suppliers, ensuring alignment with key business objectives. You’ll be managing high-impact digital projects that support vital operational services.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of a portfolio of ICT projects across complex stakeholder and supplier landscapes.
Oversee planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely delivery.
Report progress to PMO and executive boards, providing clear updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, managing performance and contract obligations.
Provide support with governance, reporting, financial tracking, and transition planning.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven track record in end-to-end project management of large, complex ICT or digital programmes.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and third-party suppliers.
Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and structured project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.

Desirable
Experience working within the public sector, particularly local government or regulated environments.
Understanding of public sector governance structures and decision-making processes.
Previous experience in IT transformation, infrastructure, or digital modernisation projects.
