Assignment Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead one of their project teams, utilising appropriate project management methodologies to establish, plan, and deliver a complex project.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead a project team to successfully plan and deliver complex projects using robust project management methodologies.

Documentation & Planning: Construct, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and implementation plans to drive and ensure successful change.

Governance Structures: Support the development and service of project governance structures within the agency, ensuring alignment with delivery partner plans.

Stakeholder Engagement: Drive effective stakeholder relationships and engagement.

Decision Making: Deliver effective decision-making through comprehensive and accurate evaluations and robust recommendations.

Team Management: Manage and build capability in project and support team members, providing guidance and support where required.

Performance Reporting: Draft accurate, timely reports tracking project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Documentation: Contribute to the development of all associated spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs, requirements, and progress.

Normal Place of Work:
This role can be based in Glasgow or Dundee

Hours:
37 hours, Monday to Friday

Essential Skills:

Proven track record of using project management methodologies to establish, plan, and deliver a complex project using robust project documentation and implementation plans to drive and ensure successful change.
Excellent analytic skills to support effective decision-making, effective risk, and dependency management.
Excellent leadership skills exemplified by the ability to work well with a diverse range of people and a passion for supporting others.
Excellent communication skills to engage, translate requirements, and successfully land change with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management qualification(s) such as PRINCE2, APM, or Agile Project Management.

Security Clearance:
BPSS required

Day Rate: £340
