ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting Practitioners to support vulnerable adults across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. You will work alongside respected care providers, delivering person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

The Role:

Support individuals in residential and supported living settings.

Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, and medication.

Encourage hobbies, activities, and community participation.

Help people develop skills, independence, and confidence.

Respond calmly and effectively to challenging behaviour.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:

6 months UK work experience.

Registration with the SSSC (or willingness to register within 6 months).
