ASA Recruitment are currently looking for Practitioners to support vulnerable adults across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. You will work alongside respected support providers, delivering person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

The Role:

Support individuals in residential and supported living settings.

Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, and medication.

Encourage hobbies, activities, and community participation.

Help people develop skills, independence, and confidence.

Respond calmly and effectively to challenging behaviour.

Essential Requirements:

UK work experience.

Registration with the SSSC (or willingness to register within 6 months).

A 10-year work history detailed in your CV.
