ASA is looking for experienced and detail-focused Panel Support Coordinators for our prestigious public sector client to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to decision-making panels.
Prepare panel papers and take accurate, complex minutes
Provide admin support before, during, and after panel sessions
Communicate with stakeholders, including survivors, with empathy and professionalism
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Support process improvements and cross-team collaboration
2+ years of admin experience, including formal minute taking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using MS Office, Teams, and file management systems
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Resilience to work with sensitive and trauma-related material
Ability to work independently with secure Wi-Fi and a private workspace
Knowledge of relevant legislation or care experience context
