ASA Recruitment have the privilege to be recruiting for a Learning and Organisation Development Coordinator for a well-known Public Sector client.

The selected candidate will support the business with planning, Scheduling and the coordination of development events.

Main responsibilities of Learning and Organisation Development Coordinator include:

  • Using your relative existing skills and experience to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Track and monitor progress and present findings.
  • Use learning management systems to advantage

Requirements for Learning and Organisation Development Coordinator Role:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong administrative and organisation in coordination of dates, location and speakers/delegates.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling external/internal activities
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Experience delivering training activities
  • Self-motivated and able to work well within a team environment.
