Description

We are currently looking for time-served Joiners for public sector contracts in Clydebank and across the wider West Dunbartonshire area.

The role is scheduled to last around three months initially, however, there is a high likelihood that this will be extended.

If you are a joiner with no less than six months domestic experience, who can provide trade papers and valid CSCS card, and who enjoys working around members of the public on a call out/response basis, then this may be the ideal role for you.

As you will be working on various premises across West Dunbartonshire you will require a full UK driving licence.

The Role

Working as part of the Response and Maintenance Team you will carry out refurbishing & maintenance within Local Authority Housing of household fixtures and fittings. You will be comfortable working as part of a small team and happy to carry out refurbishing & maintenance of void properties

Duties

· Kitchen and Bathroom unit installation
· Repair and maintenance of UPVC windows
· Installation and modification of domestic fittings
· Refurbishment and replacement of doors, facings, skirting
