Description

ASA are working with a large public sector client who are looking to employ a Second line Support Analyst on an initial 6 months assignment in Greater Glasgow.

The Second line Support Analyst Role:

  • Rebuilding of main Workstations, Laptops and Tablets
  • Undertaking account management tasks e.g. resetting passwords and unlocking, creating and deleting accounts.
  • Assisting in the creating of user friendly documentation
  • Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of any incidents, problems and service requests.
  • Undertake hardware and software install ensuring that all documented procedures are adhered to.
  • To assist in major technology rollouts.

Successful candidates for the Second line Support Analyst role will require:

  • Degree/HND in IT or experience in an associated IT discipline
  • Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to liaise effectively with Internal stakeholders and communicate with Senior External Managers is essential
