We currently have positions in Edinburgh, West Lothian and the Midlothian for great Home Carers who want to provide care and support for people living in their own homes.

Experience of working in a similar role is important but above all you must have compassion,commitment, be reliable, friendly and want to really make a difference to someone’s life.

As a Home Carer with ASA, your duties will vary depending on who you will be caring for, however, as a general rule you will be helping with personal care needs, assisting in their homes, helping with their shopping, interests and activities.

Anything from sharing a cup of tea to escorting them to the local shops.
