ASA Recruitment are working with one of the largest public inquiries Scotland has ever seen to recruit a Head of HR, Recruitment and People Strategy. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Lead on the Inquiry’s HR policies, overseeing all recruitment and developing a robust but flexible people strategy capable of responding effectively to the changing staffing needs
• Take lead responsibility for the development of HR policies
• Effectively manage and develop the recruitment strategy and oversee all recruitment into multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure suitable candidates are appointed and recruitment campaign processes operate quickly and effectively

So, what are we looking for?

• Advanced HR experience
• Previous experience of staff recruitment
• Public sector experience would be advantageous
