Description

Are you skilled in facilities management and maintenance? ASA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time position in facilities management/caretaking within the public sector in Glasgow. This 12-month contract offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and functionality of public spaces.

Responsibilities:

· Perform maintenance and caretaking duties throughout the building.
· Act as the primary responder to Help Desk calls, addressing building maintenance issues promptly.
· Support building maintenance operations effectively as part of the front-line team.

Essential Skills, Competences:

· Prior experience in facilities/property maintenance is required.
· Proficiency in using small tools, ladders, and snow clearing equipment is necessary.
· Must possess a full UK Driving License.
· Basic Disclosure Certificate from Disclosure Scotland.

Desirable skills:

· Basic electrical Knowledge
· Basic plumbing knowledge
· Basic joinery knowledge
