Description

ASA are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Crafts person (Electrical) for 3 months cover with the possibility to become permanent.

You will be part of a team of Multi-Skilled Crafts Persons who carry out installation, repairs and maintenance to a high standard, to ensure the integrity of a wide variety of Plant, Equipment and Building Services throughout North East Fife Hospitals, Health Centres, Clinics and also Community Patient Care to meet the needs of the organisation.

To succeed in this role you will require

A recognised served apprenticeship/training programme in electrical engineering for a minimum of three years.
An Ordinary national Certificate, City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
Training in the IEE 18th Edition Regulations
IEE Regulations Inspection and Testing Certificate City and Guilds 2391
Will be required to undergo training to be certified as a competent person to comply with SHTM 06-02
To attend all in-house training courses applicable in accordance with the Estates Division Health and Safety Manual/Matters.
Experience
A wide range of experience gained over at least five years working in an industrial environment, carrying out repairs and maintenance to buildings, plant and equipment, similar to that of a major hospital complex.
