Job Title: Domestic Cleaner

Location: Inverkeithing (Local Authority)

Shift Times: 15:30pm – 19:30pm

Your compensation will fall within the range of £12.00 to £19.80

Are you meticulous, reliable, and passionate about creating clean and hygienic environments? We are currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team at a Local Authority facility in Inverkeithing. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and well-being of the premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities:

~ Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures.
~ Clean and sanitise designated areas including offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
~ Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors.
~ Emptying waste bins and disposing of rubbish.
~ Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
~ Adhere to health and safety regulations and infection control guidelines.
~ Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

~ Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential.
~ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
~ Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
~ Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
~ Must possess or be willing to obtain a PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) certification.
