Domestic Assistants – Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities Available

Are you looking for flexible work in and around the Glasgow area? ASA Recruitment has fantastic opportunities for Domestic Assistants to join our team.

Hours available are 10-2, 8-230, 9-3, 10-2 and 3-7

We work in partnership with a large local authority and a range of independent organisations, providing Domestic Assistant cover across a variety of settings, including social care services, sheltered housing, and communal facilities.

Pay Rate: £13.45

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistants who can quickly adapt to new environments, follow established routines, and carry out their duties independently. Previous cleaning experience and a good understanding of health and safety procedures are essential.

You will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks as directed by the Domestic Supervisor, helping to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness

• Adhere to COSHH regulations and all relevant health and safety procedures

• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene at all times

• Safely use approved cleaning products and powered cleaning equipment

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as required

• Carry out cleaning duties efficiently and professionally within your allocated shift
