Customer Support Accountant

Are you an accountant, trainee accountant, bookkeeper or partially qualified accountant with a passion for helping people?

Our fabulous Edinburgh based client is looking for passionate people to work in their existing team delivering accountancy support to clients who use their on line accountancy service.

It is important that you are at ease with all technology mediums because as a Senior Customer Support Accountant you will:

*Assist existing customers in a variety of mediums, from phone calls and emails, to online chat and live webinars
*Help users navigate the various features of the client app
*Provide potential customers with the information they need to decide if it’s the right software for them

What do you need?

*A thorough and robust knowledge of accounting processes
*Extensive experience in accounts assistant or bookkeeping
*Excellent computer skills
*A passion for using Technology
*Experience of using a variety of bookkeeping and accounting software packages
*Excellent customer service skills – going the extra mile to help customers understand the product
*Have worked in a team environment, possibly with experience of line management
