ASA Recruitment are working on behalf of a major public sector client in Aberdeen to recruit a full time temporary customer care officer. To apply you should have previous customer service experience and some admin experience.
The key tasks for this role will include:-
· Handling enquiries
· Answering incoming calls
· Performing administrative functions
· Updating customer accounts
· Processing customer correspondence
· Take payments
· Perform end of day banking procedures in a secure manor according to guidelines
· Correct processing or electronic transactions and calculations
· Answer social media enquiries
· Scan documents
· Monitor email inbox’s
· Update multiple systems at same time
As a customer care officer you will have the following essential experience:-
· Relevant customer facing role
· Meeting service targets both individually and as a team
· Using standard ICT packages, such as Microsoft Office
· Using own initiative and working unsupervised
· Relating to people at all levels
· Handling difficult / emergency situations
This role is full time working a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.
