Commis Chef

Description

ASA Recruitment are looking for a Commis Chef for a permanent position based in Ballater. You will be supporting the existing kitchen team responsible deliver a customer service experience of a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities Include:
· Ensuring consistent high standard of food production within company guidelines
· Ensuring that all items are correctly stored and documentation is recorded accurately
· Keeping all work areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
· Contributing to preparation for all menus
· Having full knowledge of regulations including health & safety, employee conduct, food hygiene, fire emergency procedures and COSHH

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef that has a high customer service focus. You should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and always strive to deliver the best to customers and colleagues.
