ASA Recruitment are currently looking for talented, experienced Chefs to fulfil short term cover within July and August for our client in East Lothian.

We have one full week (seven days) in July and the same in August for a breakfast Chef, prep chef and dinner service.

We are looking for food passionate Chefs who must hit the ground running. Catering experience within five star hotel kitchens would be beneficial.
Our client is one of the most prestigious golf courses in Scotland and are hosting the Scottish Open 2019.

All applicants should have:
– Own transport and a clean driving license will be essential.
– At least 6 months UK experience in a similar role.
– Experience working with fresh food produce.
– A good, calm work ethic, with clean and tidy presentation and work in a clean as you go manner.
– A good knowledge of HACCP and COSHH practices.
– Food hygiene and allergen certificates essential.
