Salary: £13.50 per hour (rising to £16 per hour on weekends after 12 weeks)

What You’ll Be Cooking Up:
· Prepare and serve delicious meals tailored to diverse dietary requirements (including texture-modified diets)
· Maintain a clean, organised kitchen space
· Stick to strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards-no shortcuts here
· Manage stock, place orders, and keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine
· Work under pressure with grace, precision, and a good sense of humour

What We’re Looking For:
· Solid culinary skills and nutritional knowledge
· Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen certificates
· Creativity and attention to detail in meal presentation
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
· Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel between locations
