Job Title: Chef
Location: Glenrothes, Dunfermline, Cupar, Inverkeithing, Cowdenbeath, and Kirkcaldy
Salary: £13.50 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.00 per hour (Weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals, tailored to a range of dietary needs (including texture-modified diets)

Maintain presentation and taste standards in line with client expectations

Uphold rigorous food hygiene and health & safety regulations

Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and fully stocked

Effectively manage time and resources in fast-paced environments

Ensure smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with on-site teams

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of food preparation, allergens, and dietary requirements

Valid Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates

Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to culinary excellence

Excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to travel between sites and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
