Job Title: Domestic Assistant
Locations: Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Lochee, Fintry, Monifieth, City Centre
Hourly Rate: £12.60 – rising to £12.67 after 12 weeks, and £16.00 on weekends

ASA Recruitment is currently hiring Domestic Assistants to support essential services across Dundee, including local authority buildings, care homes, and schools. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces

Sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch communal areas

Ensure clean and hygienic bedrooms, including changing linens

Handle waste and recycling responsibly in line with local guidelines

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience is great, but not essential – a good attitude is what matters most

High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic

Clear communication skills and a team-first approach

Essential:

Right to work in the UK

A valid PVG for working with adults and/or children

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
