ASA Recruitment are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to support residents within a variety of care homes across the Glasgow area.

This role is ideal for care professionals who can commit to 20 plus hours per week, with flexible shift patterns and the opportunity to pick up additional work.

Your role will include:

Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines

Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment

Encourage independence, dignity, and choice for every resident

Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents

Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated team that values your experience

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting

SSSC registration or be willing to register

A professional, reliable, and compassionate approach

SVQ level 2 or equivalent
