Shifts Available: 08:00-20:00 (Days) | 20:00-08:00 (Nights)

Are you an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant looking to support vulnerable individuals in a nurturing and professional environment? ASA Recruitment is delighted to be working with our trusted client in Auchtertool, Kirkcaldy, to recruit dedicated Care Assistants for day and night shifts.

This is your chance to be part of a close-knit care team, providing vital support to residents in a well-established care service committed to excellence.

Your Role Will Include:
Assisting residents with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting residents with medication under appropriate guidance

Encouraging independence while providing emotional and practical support

Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Engaging individuals in meaningful activities to enhance wellbeing

Accurately documenting care provided and changes in condition

Contributing to team meetings and reviews to ensure high standards of support

About You:
Caring, compassionate and respectful toward others

Experienced in a similar care setting (preferred but not essential)

Confident communicating with individuals of varying needs

Able to remain calm and professional under pressure

Reliable, flexible and team-oriented

Willing to work both days and/or nights as required

PVG membership required or willing to update/apply

SSSC registration or willingness to register essential
