Care Assistants – Private Care Homes (Fife Areas)

Locations: Auchtertool, Cluny, Glenrothes, Leven & Kirkcaldy
Pay: £13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Shifts: 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00
Hours: 20+ hours per week

Are you a caring and reliable Care Assistant looking for regular hours and rewarding work?
ASA Recruitment is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team, supporting residents in private care homes across Auchtertool, Cluny, Glenrothes, Leven, and Kirkcaldy.

You’ll provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship – helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for every day.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months of recent experience in a paid care setting

• Updated PVG or willingness to apply

• SSSC registration (or in progress)

• A compassionate, professional approach to care

• Flexibility to work day or night shifts

• Availability for 20+ hours per week
