Care Assistants – Dunfermline

Pre 12 Weeks: £13.00 per hour
Post 12 Weeks: £13.00-£17.57 per hour (shift & weekend dependent)
Weekly Pay | Local Authority Care Homes

Shift Patterns:
07:30-15:00 | 14:30-22:00 | 21:45-07:45

ASA Recruitment is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to support residents within local authority care homes across the Dunfermline area.

This role is ideal for care professionals who can commit to 20+ hours per week, with regular shift availability and opportunities to pick up additional work. Many placements are long term and may lead to permanent positions for the right candidates.

Your role will include:

Providing personal care and support with daily living activities
Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support
Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Working as part of a professional care team to deliver high-quality care

What you’ll need:

A minimum of 6 months’ recent care experience
A current PVG (or willingness to update)
SSSC registration or working towards registration
A professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
No driving licence required – all placements are local to Dunfermline
