What We Offer:

Flexible shifts – work as little as 7 hours or as many as 40+ per week

Weekly pay straight to your bank

£13.00 per hour starting rate

£16.89 per hour after 12 weeks for night shifts, post-8pm, and weekends

£250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus – bring someone great with you

Ongoing training and support

Opportunities for permanent positions

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting adults with daily care, mobility, meals, and routines

Providing emotional reassurance and promoting independence

Working in friendly care homes or community settings

Delivering respectful, person-centred care every shift

Shift Options to Suit You:

Early: 07:30 – 15:00

Late: 14:30 – 22:00

Night: 21:45 – 07:45
Pick the hours and pattern that work best for your schedule.

Who We’re Looking For:

Compassionate and dependable individuals

Great communicators who enjoy being part of a team

Experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided

Willingness to complete a PVG and required training
