Care Assistants Required – Dunfermline
Day & Back Shifts | Weekend Work Available

Pay Rates:
£13.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)
£13.00-£17.57 per hour after 12 weeks (shift & weekend dependent)
Weekly Pay | Local Authority Care Homes

Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 07:30-15:00
Back Shift: 14:30-22:00

ASA Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to support residents within local authority care homes across Dunfermline.

This is a great opportunity for experienced care staff looking for consistent hours, particularly those able to commit to weekend shifts alongside weekday availability. Many of our placements are long term and offer stability, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and everyday activities

• Providing emotional support, reassurance, and companionship

• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence at all times

• Working collaboratively with permanent staff to deliver person-centred care

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months’ recent experience in a care setting

• Valid PVG (or willingness to update)

• SSSC registration or actively working towards it

• A dependable, professional approach to care

• No driving licence required – all services are within Dunfermline
