CARE ASSISTANTS – LUMPHINNANS

Evenings and Weekends Could Work Better for You?

Looking for care work that fits around your existing commitments?

ASA Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants in Lumphinnans who are available to work back shifts and weekends.

Whether you’re looking for regular hours, extra income or greater flexibility, we can offer access to ongoing shifts with established care providers.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

• £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
• Paid weekly every Friday
• Regular shifts available
• Flexible working to suit your availability

THE SHIFTS

We’re particularly interested in candidates who can commit to:

Back Shifts: 14:30 – 22:00
Weekends: Saturday and/or Sunday availability

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents and helping them enjoy the best possible quality of life.

You’ll be involved in:

• Providing respectful, person-centred care
• Supporting residents with personal care
• Helping with mobility and daily activities
• Supporting mealtimes and hydration
• Promoting independence and choice
• Building trusting relationships with residents
• Working as part of a professional care team
• Following care plans and maintaining high standards of care

ARE YOU RIGHT FOR THE ROLE?

We’re looking for people who are dependable, caring and confident in a care environment.

You’ll need:

• A minimum of 6 months’ care experience
• Experience within a care home or support environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A professional and compassionate approach
• Confidence with personal care
• Availability for back shifts and/or weekends
• PVG membership or willingness to update your PVG
