Care Assistants Needed – Support Your Community in Lumphinnans
Location: Lumphinnans – Local Authority Care Home
Flexible Hours – Work Between 7 and 40+ Hours Per Week
Weekly Pay | £250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus
Pay Starts at £13.00 per hour
Enhanced Rate: £16.89 after 12 Weeks (Nights, After 8pm & Weekends)

ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join the team supporting a busy local authority care home in Lumphinnans. If you’re committed to delivering person-centred care and can work flexibly across a range of shifts, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing essential care and support to vulnerable adults, helping maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering personal care and practical assistance with daily living

Supporting residents with mobility, meals, and emotional wellbeing

Working collaboratively with permanent staff in a welcoming care home setting

Ensuring dignity, respect and compassion are at the heart of every shift

Available Shifts:

Early: 07:30 – 15:00

Back: 14:30 – 22:00

Night: 21:45 – 07:45
Choose shift patterns that match your availability – regular and flexible work available.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

A caring and patient attitude

Experience working in a care environment

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Willingness to complete a PVG and attend relevant training

What You’ll Receive:

£13.00 starting hourly rate

Enhanced £16.89 rate after 12 weeks for nights, after 8pm and all weekend shifts
