ASA Recruitment is looking for passionate and experienced Care Assistants to join our team, supporting local authority care homes across Fife. If you’re committed to providing the highest level of care and want flexibility to fit your lifestyle, this is the role for you.

• Flexible hours – work anywhere from 7 to 40+ hours per week

• Competitive pay rates –

  • £13.00 per hour to start

  • Rising to £13.18 after 12 weeks (Monday to Friday)

  • £17.57 for all night shifts and weekends

• Weekly pay – always on time

• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

Shifts Available

• 07:30 – 15:00

• 14:30 – 22:00

• 21:45 – 07:45

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months’ care experience

• Willingness to update your PVG (just £18)

• Compassion, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• No driving licence required – just bring your skills and commitment
