Care Assistants Wanted – Flexible, Rewarding Work Across Fife

ASA Recruitment is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Care Assistants to join our team and make a real difference in local authority care homes across Fife.

Whether you’re looking for a few shifts each week or full-time hours, we can offer the flexibility, security, and support you need.

What We Offer You

• Flexible shifts – from 7 to 40+ hours per week, you choose what works for you

• Great pay rates:

  • £13.00 per hour to start

  • £13.18 after 12 weeks (Mon-Fri)

  • £17.57 for all night shifts and weekends

• Weekly pay – on time, every time

• Dedicated support – a consultant who’s always on hand to help

• Ongoing opportunities – temp work that can lead to permanent roles

Shifts Available

• 07:30 – 15:00

• 14:30 – 22:00

• 21:45 – 07:45

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of care experience

• Compassion, commitment, and reliability

• Willingness to update your PVG (£18)

• No driving licence required – just your caring skills and passion to help others
