ASA are currently recruiting for Care Assistants in Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes & Dunfermline area. A career with ASA offers you a brilliant work life balance as well as a variety of shifts. Full training and support given to help you help others.

Shifts as follows:
Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm – £12 per hour
Nights & All Weekend 8pm to 8am – £12 per hour

As a Care assistant, you would be required to –
· Give a high standard of support to our clients.
· Delivering individual support plans.
· Providing emotional and behavioural support.
· Work well as part of a team.
. Providing excellent care and support to residents
. Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
. Providing support and guidance to family members
. Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents
. Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.

To be considered for the Care assistant role you will need to have the following.
· ***6 months paid UK care experience***
· SVQ 2 would be an advantage but not essential.
· Be open minded, flexible, resilient, ambitious & hardworking.
