Description

Are you an experienced Administrator who has worked within a legal or chartered accountants firm? Are you seeking a role that will allow you to take your professional services administration experience and develop your skills further? If so we have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator from this background to work for our Glasgow city centre based chartered accountant client.

As Administrator your duties will involve:

· Working with the Partners to complete the on boarding process for new clients
· Preparing letters and fee notes
· Carrying out administrative duties required for client’s submissions for company secretarial work
· Liaising with HMRC
· Ad hoc duties as requested

To be considered for this Administrator role you will have:

· Worked within a chartered accountants or legal firm, or a similar environment, in an administrative role
· Strong interpersonal skills which enable you to deliver a high level of customer service
· Excellent IT skills
