Are you an Administrator looking for a new exciting contract in the Borders?

ASA’s public sector client is looking for an Administrator to join their team for an initial 6 month contact.

You will be responsible for undertaking duties in a range of Administrator roles including pension administration, customer contact or work allocation.

Responsibilities:
· Collate, analyse, validate and process customer information accurately and confidentially, making sure to maintain records in compliance with GDPR
· Prioritise all customer and third party requests, solving any issues promptly and efficiently
· Receive, evaluate and analyse and prioritise customer requests, assess information, record all incoming mail and then pass enquires to relevant areas
· Deliver high level of customer service by supporting and assisting our customers as first point of contact resolving issues promptly and professionally communicating by email, web chat, telephone or letter

Requirements:
· Experience working in a fast paced Admin team
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to communicate confidently producing accurate numeric and well-structured written work
· Confident in using IT systems to manage, source and present information clearly and concisely
