Customer Applications Administrator

Description

Our client in Aberdeen are recruiting for a Customer Applications Administrator who will be responsible for efficient, effective and flexible support services to customers and to deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact for application queries and submissions for a variety of departments

The typical working week will be 37 hours Monday – Friday ( But may vary ) with a rate of £9.76 per hour PAYE along with holiday accrual

Main duties of the Post:

* Provide a frontline application service to customers
* Deal with enquiries from internal and external customers
* Administer all applications and requests accurately and timeously
* Manage and input data / confidential information accurately
* Contribute to and / or run reports
* Administer and process licenses, placement requests, applications, and permits

Minimum Requirements for the Role:

* Ability to manage personal workload, including managing a number of concurrent matters effectively so as to meet all objectives, priorities and deadlines
* Good numeracy, analytical and reasoning skills
* Proven ability to compose and write letters
* Experience with a range of IT packages
* Be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience
* Proven communication skills
* Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

* Protecting Children (on-line training module)
* Data Protection (on-line training module)
* Freedom of Information (on-line training module)
* Ongoing updating of skills on relevant computer software
