Description

Our client in Aberdeen require a Fleet Support Assistant to administer vehicle processes within a busy Fleet Services department and support the workshop to deliver an efficient and effective service

Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm ( but may vary ) with an hourly rate of £9.47 per hour ( PAYE ) with holiday pay accrual.

The Postholder will be expected to:

* Ensure invoices are processed as per financial regulations
* Ensure job card processes are complied with
* Ensure hackney licence processes are carried out as per legislation
* Process customer payments and respond to enquiries
* Ensure hire vehicles comply with legislation, procurement and financial regulations
* Ensure warranty and insurance claims are processed correctly
* Monitor and order fuel cards and office equipment as required
* Assist with Road Tax compliance for the fleet
* Provide administrative support
* Process filing / archiving of large quantities of documents in an organised manner

The Postholder needs to be able to demonstrate:

* Experience of resolving customer enquiries
* Experience of general office administration
* Previous Hire Desk experience

The Postholder is expected to demonstrate an ability to:

* Provide face to face customer services
* Provide efficient and accurate processing of information
* Follow cash handling procedures
* Work accurately and meet deadlines
* Use IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office packages
* Work with limited supervision and organise own work

Postholder required to hold a minimum of:

* Standard Grade 3 in English or equivalent

The Postholder will be expected to:

* Work in a garage / workshop / office environment
* Work flexible hours
* Complete all mandatory corporate online training courses within 6 months
