Senior User Researcher

Description

At ASA Recruitment, we are seeking a Senior User Researcher who can plan and lead research activities in large teams and more complex services. One who can establish user-centred practices in new teams and align user research activities with broader plans to inform service propositions.

The role
You will be working directly with the User Researcher Lead, being a part of the early stages of the project, ensuring users are involved in the transformation and we design and deliver improved corporate services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities
· Leading a large range of quantitative and qualitative user research activities to support business and project needs
· Working closely with senior members of the team
· Advocating the value of user research
· Encouraging the inclusion of different types of users in appropriate research activities
· Understanding user-centred service design and delivery practices

Requirements
· Experience playing the lead role in a research setting
· Strong communication techniques to effectively relay the research insights to a diverse audience
· Experience in designing research sessions that ensure they are inclusive
· Experience in managing personal data, consent processes and ethical considerations when working with research participants
