Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next role in the public sector? Do you have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload?

ASA are currently looking for a motivated individual to provide essential administrative support to a high-profile programme for a large-scale client in the public sector.

Key tasks of the administrator role:
· Ensure record keeping tasks in relation to programme activity are undertaken effectively, and accurately to established procedures in a timely manner, e.g. documentation filed in the records management system (eRDM).
· Support the updating and maintaining of programme reporting requirements.
· Undertake programme activity using the CVfM mailbox following the established process for actions in a timely manner.
· Act as the point of contact for any CVfM administration enquiries.
· Organise a range of meetings/conferences including booking meeting rooms and ensure all IT equipment is provided.
· Support with managing procurement or grants within systems ensuring clear audit trails.
· Assisting in a range of administrative tasks as required.
· Support the Programme Lead with any other tasks as required.

Key requirements for the administrator role:
· Ability to use standard software packages (MS Office Suite).
· Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in writing, by telephone, video call and face-to-face.
· Ability to work as part of a team or individually as required.
· Work collaboratively and effectively with key stakeholders across the programme to provide administration support when required.
· Experience of minute taking at key meetings and events would be advantageous.

* The candidates may be required to travel between offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh and occasionally to Dundee. Train fares/tickets are provided to facilitate travel by public transport.*
