Within this role, you’ll manage the complete recruitment cycle, from building relations with key clients to sourcing the best talent in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

To be successful in the role, it’s not necessary to have previous recruitment experience! We appreciate the transferable skills you already have and will work closely with you to become a recruitment expert. So whether you’re a recent graduate, experienced sales professional or someone looking for a career change this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed. You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business.

The day to day includes:

• Targeted business development, including making outbound calls
• Attending meetings with business clients
• Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
• Working to targets and KPIs
