What is Recruitment like?

Well, no two days are ever the same. Working in recruitment is a fast-paced environment where it is all about talking to people and building relationships. You will need drive, ambition, hard work and resilience to succeed as there are always targets to be hit and phone calls to be made. However, working within a supportive team you will find the success of winning new business or placing a candidate in a role very rewarding.

The role also includes an attractive commission scheme which can increase your earnings significantly if you can demonstrate your sales drive and passion to achieve targets.

The Day-to Day

• Building relationships with existing clients
• Winning new business / clients
• Sourcing candidates and placing them in roles available
• Managing a large pool of candidates
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market

You don’t need to have recruitment experience, however previous experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage.
