Delivery Train Lead

Are you experienced in Agile delivery and looking for a new opportunity?

One of our leading public sector clients is searching for a Delivery Train Lead to support the Delivery Train Manager in the continued roll-out of the SAFe methodology across the board.

Here’s some of what your daily activities will look like…
· You’ll support the Delivery Train Manager in rolling out the Agile Release Train (ART) principles to the programme
· You will be responsible for delivery work streams being tracked and managed across the ART within Jira Advanced Roadmaps
· You will assist Agile teams in their delivery of the ART components
· Coaching colleagues across the ART to assure there is cohesion and clarity across the programme will be required
· Maintenance of strong communication with workstream members to attest to the completion and update of all activities will be essential
· You will also help run ART forums (i.e. scrum of scrums, PI planning)

So, what are we looking for?

· You should be collaborative, flexible and solutions oriented
· Experienced in the delivery of Agile delivery in complex environments
· Comfortable working within a project using Scaled Agile principles
· Experience working across a variety of functions and suppliers
· Experienced using Jira or Jira Advanced Roadmaps
