Due to continued growth and success, we at ASA Recruitment are looking to increase our headcount within our Edinburgh recruitment team.

We are currently recruiting for self-motivated recruitment consultants who know their marketplace within their given discipline and are looking to focus on delivering results for themselves and ASA with a focus on either temp or perm positions.

Our values are reflected in everything we do and it is essential that you are driven to provide a high quality service to your candidate and clients.

As a recruitment consultant your role will involve:
* Developing new clients over the phone as well as face to face
* Generating and filling vacancies
* Attracting active and passive quality candidates within your market
* Managing the full recruitment process

You will also have
* Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with people over the phone
* Motivation to achieve and exceed targets

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but it is essential that you have the drive and ambition to develop your skills and grow your business in a fast paced and competitive environment.
