Are you an experienced Procurement Specialist?

ASA Recruitment are looking to source an experienced Procurement Manager to support a brand new large scale public inquiry, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Managing procurement and contract and supplier management activity
• Sharing experience and input to the identification and deployment of best practice with a focus on managing post award processes to reduce risk
• Working with solicitors to provide accurate and effective advice on development of procurement and commercial governance arrangements
• Proactively manage and develop the supply base to continually improve service and value for money whilst delivering sustainable procurement benefits

So, what are we looking for?

• Proven track record in procurement, contract and supplier management
• CIPS qualification would be advantageous
• Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills
• Experience of using PCS would be advantageous
