ASA Recruitment are looking for a part-time Technical Assistant for the Caithness and Sutherland Area. This is an opportunity to learn and develop and build upon your skills base and progression. Work will be in the KW1 and KW10 area. Flexible working is available for the right candidate.

Your new role will be to investigate complaints regarding service delivery and to assist with 3rd party insurance claims. The role will also include updating programmes of works, updating databases and any other clerical support work as required.

Responsibilities include:

• Investigate and close out complaints about service delivery.
• Update programme of works.
• Update databases and maps to help with planning and service delivery.
• Ensure that health and safety procedures are followed.
• Out of normal working hours emergency response will be required.

Requirements:

• A valid driving license.
• Basic Disclosure Scotland.
• Computer literature with experience of IT systems.
• Be able to plan and organise activities to meet deadlines.
• Be proficient in workforce planning.
• Experience of working with technical and statistical information.
