Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for temporary position with an immediate start? Then we have the role for you!

Your new role

You will provide HR Operational services through collaborative working with designated business functions on all people management matters.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Providing Professional people management advice, coaching and support at all levels
• Provide guidance on employee life cycle and case management
• Offer support in recruitment, planning and organisational change projects
• Undertaking HR administrative work and coordination of this as required to ensure the efficient delivery of HR activities

• Working in partnership with two other HRA’s, you will be the first point of contact for HR Assistants

What you’ll need to succeed

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience of case management
• Engagement with the business is essential to produce and present statistical reports
• Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, influencing skills, and be able to negotiate effectively
• Membership of CIPD
