Description

ASA are looking to recruit skilled chefs to work throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.

We are looking for experienced chefs who would enjoy working in either care homes or schools providing healthy and nutritious meals to vulnerable adults and children.
We are actively recruiting and would like to hear from you if interested in this role.

For Chefs we are looking for:
· Be able to independently prepare hot and cold meals according to the needs and preferences.
· Direct and supervise all meal preparation.
· Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
· Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and regulations in the kitchens.
· Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Successful Candidates must have:
· 6 months UK experience in similar role.
· PVG Scheme Member or be able to do an update.
· Food Hygiene and Allergens Certificate.
· Be able to provide two references, one must evidence experience.
