ASA recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for full or part time Home Support Worker for in and around the Edinburgh and the Lothians.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.
Working within the principles or person centred support, enabling development and inclusion in their everyday lives within their home and wider community we require experienced full or part time Home Support Workers.

You will support service users with all sorts of different activities including personal care, medication, shopping, going for a coffee, going to the cinema, clubs etc, so your work will be varied from day to day. You will be responsible for assisting our service users to live an independent lifestyle, bringing new experiences to their life and yours.
You will also be expected to support the service user with general household chores such as cooking and laundry and housework such as hoovering and dusting.

CONTRACTS AVAILABLE:
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Part time varied hours available
Ad hoc hours also available

Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including alternate weekend working and some sleep-ins
