Domestic Cleaner

ASA Recruitment are looking for a number of Domestic Cleaners to work within schools and care homes across Edinburgh with the intention of each applicant being fully registered and ready to be placed when working restrictions are lifted and staffing requirements increase.

We are recruiting for Cleaners in all areas across Edinburgh!

As an experienced Cleaner working within the public sector you must provide:

• Experience within a similar cleaning role
• References relating to companies carrying out cleaning work
• A full PVG or willingness to apply for disclosure certificate
• Flexibility towards shift patterns

While working with ASA Recruitment as a Cleaner, your main duties will be:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of each premises by (sweeping, dusting vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Using your knowledge of cleaning with chemicals and supplies
• Handling cleaning equipment and machinery when necessary
• Ability to prioritise your workload and accomplish specific tasks required for each school and care home you may be placed within

Joining the ASA cleaning team will enable you to manage the hours you work through our easy accessible online portal, this allows you to update your availability and view your work schedules. ASA entitles you with holiday pay which is accrued hourly. You will also receive an induction for every new site you are placed.
