Are you an experienced Revenues Officer looking for your next challenge? Do you have Social Welfare Fund experience and want to work within a busy and rewarding team environment?

ASA Recruitment are working with a local authority in the central belt to find experienced Revenue Officers and Administrators for an ongoing contract. This role will be suitable for candidates located in Falkirk, Stirling, Dunfermline and surrounding areas.

Revenues Administrator/Officer duties will include:

  • Processing Crisis Grant and Community Care grants
  • Reviewing grant applications, ensuring the application meats criteria and decision making on the claim
  • Gathering information for decision making and providing information to clients
  • Preparing cash grant payment and issuing them
  • Working with clients over the telephone and face to face

Criteria for the roles:

  • Social Welfare Fund experience is essential
  • Proven relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Confident on MS Excel, Word and other computer systems.
