ASA are currently recruiting for Senior Care Assistants throughout Glasgow and surrounding areas, including Carntyne and Shettleston.

We offer flexible shift patterns which include weekend work and day shifts.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be expected to:

• Deliver a high standard of personal care – including washing, bathing and assisting with meals.
• Liaise effectively with residents and family members and other Health Care professionals.
• Participate in daily activities with residents.
• Be compassionate and deliver person-centred care for each individual.

Working as a Senior Care Assistant, it is essential that:

• You have previous experience in administering medication.
• You have obtained a SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
• You have 6 months experience of working in a UK Care Home.
• You are SSSC registered and have a full PVG.
