ASA Recruitment are actively recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to work within care homes in Glasgow and surrounding areas including Dalmarnock, Drumchapel, Pollok and Possil.

Your duties as a Care Assistant will include:
· Assisting in delivering the highest standards of individual care to meet the needs of the residents including personal hygiene.
· Assisting residents to access and use any aids and personal equipment that is required.
· Engaging in resident’s day to day social activities.
· Assessing residents needs to plan their care.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
· A minimum of 6 months previous care experience.
· Previous experience of Moving and Handling.
· A compassionate nature and dedicated to making a difference.
· The ability to build strong relationships with the residents to ensure their comfort and safety.
