We offer flexible shift patterns that fit around your other commitments, e.g, childcare or studying.

As a Care Assistant you will be required to:

• Have 6 months minimum experience in a UK Care Home in the last two years.
• Deliver a high quality level of person-centred care to each individual.
• Be compassionate for others.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and take direction.
• Assist in all aspects of personal care – dressing and bathing,and assisting at meal times.
• Liaise with families and other members of staff.
