IT Desktop Support Analyst

Description

ASA are working with a large public sector client who are looking to employ a number of Desktop Support Analyst’s on an initial 6 months contract in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will come from the following background;
· Either relevant technical education of qualification or at least 2 years of IT experience within specialist area.
· Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service support or Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification
· Desktop Analyst will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to liaise effectively with Senior Internal Managers and Senior External Manager is essential
· Full clean driving licence and access to transport
