ASA are working with a large public sector client within the Ayrshire area who are looking to employ a number of ICT Desktop Support Officers on an initial 6 month contract.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced desktop support officer or a talented graduate looking to work within a large public sector body.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience;
· Broad range of ICT knowledge across all IT functions
· Evidence of liaising with those who are not technically minded
· Experience leading and managing support services
· Windows upgrade experience
· Experience in desktop support or desktop engineer role
Key responsibilities;
Hardware installations such as Windows 10 laptops, monitors, PC’s and printers at various company and community sites.
